Ultimate Fighting Arena 2025 took place from September 12th to September 14th in Paris, France with 868 entrants across 16 different Fighting Game titles. Multiple UK players competed in these title across the weekend in September.
Street Fighter 6
Street Fighter 6 had the highest entrant count at 393 participants with a prize pool of £3400. The Street Fighter 6 event would be won by Japanese player Sahara of Good 8 Squad. The highest placing UK player in this bracket would be Void Gaming’s Broski in 7th Place. MOUZ’s EndingWalker would be the next highest placing UK player in UFA’s Street Fighter bracket, just barely missing out on the Top 8 in 9th Place. Other UK finishes in the bracket include MysticSmash in 17th, Ryan Hart in 33rd, LinkNova and MOUZ‘s Problem X in 49th and Sleepless, King Quaka, Incognitus and Fararjeh in 97th.

Tekken 8
The Tekken 8 bracket at UFA 2025 had the second highest entrant count at 128 and a prize pool of £2600. The highest placing UK player would be Edddyy in 3rd place. They would beat Korean player JeonDDing in the Winners Semi Finals 2-1, before losing to another Korean player, LowHigh, in Winners Final and then losing the runback to JeonDDing in the Losers Final. NeonKay64, also from the UK, representing LOTUS Esports finished in 13th place.

Guilty Gear -STRIVE-
The Guilty Gear -STRIVE- bracket at Ultimate Fighting Arena 2025 had an entrant count of 127 with a prize pool consisting of £1735. The bracket was won by Israeli player Zando representing Paragon. The highest placing UK player in the bracket would be ONi Global‘s Tiger_Pop who placed in 9th, just missing out on Top 8. Other UK placements in the -STRIVE- bracket included Precho in 13th and GideonTG of Zato Blockers International in 17th place.

Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves
Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves, with a prize pool of almost £19000, had an entrant count of 107 participants. The tournament would be won by Chinese player yunwu of All Gamers. The highest placing UK player would be MysticSmash in 13th place, with KingQauka in 17th place.

Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising
The Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising bracket, with an entrant count of 78 and prize pool of £865, was won by Dutch player Space of mCon Esports. The highest placing UK player in the bracket would be releasebogus, who lost to Space, to finish in 7th place. Other UK players include Dudeakoff in 9th, and GideonTG of Zato Blockers International in 13th.

Rivals of Aether 2
The Rivals of Aether 2 bracket at UFA 2025 had 62 entrants with a prize pool of £965, and was won by Belgian player Dia of Antic Esports. The highest placing UK player would be 10QuidShoes in 3rd, followed by Guthix in 5th. Focus Miss and Midmol, two other UK players, would miss out on the Top 8 spots and would place in 9th. Other results include UK player Esper in 13th, with UK player Okameed and Irish player Alumento in 17th.

Under Night In-Birth II
The Under Night In-Birth II would have an entrant count of 55 participants with a prize pool of £865. The bracket would be won by French player Neffros, with the highest placing UK player being RedSlasher, with Irish player Dr K placing in 25th

Dragon Ball FighterZ
The Dragon Ball FighterZ backet at Ultimate Fighting Arena 2025 had an entrant count of 25 and a prize pool of £215, with the winner of the bracket being French player WADE of IziDream. Irish player Skyozer would just miss out on the Top 8 spot in bracket, placing in at 9th.

HUNTERxHUNTER NENxIMPACT
The last of the main tournament brackets for UFA 2025, HUNTERxHUNTER NENxIMPACT had 23 entrants and a prize pool of £430. The bracket would be won by French player BRZ, who defeated UK player Broski of Void Gaming in both the Grand Finals and Winners Semi Finals. UK player Jonesy, would just miss out on Top 8, placing in at 9th.

Community and Side Events
There were a number of community ran tournaments and side events at UFA 2025, with seven more tournaments and five team based tournaments involving 3v3, 2v2 and 5v5 events.
One of these events would be for Riot Games’ brand new fighting game 2XKO, who’s beta ran across the same weekend as UFA 2025. The exhibition bracket had 8 entrants, with the tournament being won by French player Wawa, with UK players MysticSmash, Suleymon, and Broski sharing a 5th place spot

Samurai Showdown (2019), being part of the SNK World Championship 2025 circuit, had a prize pool of £6170 with 32 entrants. The tournament would be won by Taiwanese player NICEBALL who defeated Japanese player Rance in the Grand Finals. Both players would qualify for the SNK World Championship 2025 finals due to their placement at the event.
An Ultra Street Fighter IV bracket consisting of 27 entrants and a prize pool of £235 was won by South Korean player POONGKO of Weibo Esports over French player Linkexelo. The highest placing UK playing in the bracket would be Reason Gaming’s Incognitus who placed in 3rd, with fellow UK player Roozu in 5th.
The King of Fighters XV bracket was won by Japanese player mok of Team Falcons over Chinese player yunwu of All Gaming, with Taiwanese player ET, also of Team Falcons, in 3rd. The bracket had 17 entrants and a prize pool of £150.
The Mortal Kombat 1 bracket at UFA only had 7 entrants, with the event being won by French player Slauw, with fellow French player Baylight in second and Mexican player EK_Neverfer in 3rd.
The Melty Blood: Type Lumina bracket had 20 entrants and a prize pool of £175. The bracket would be won by French player Armades over UK player Llewellynn, with French player teapS in 3rd.
The final tournament of Ultimate Fighting Arena 2025 would be a bracket for Guilty Gear Xrd REV 2, with 29 entrants and a prize pool of £240. The bracket would be won by Czech player Pida, with French player Nyphi7 in 2nd and French player Kyouse in 3rd.
